This type of navigation requires no screen. All you see is a small round button no bigger than a cigarette lighter which can be placed virtually anywhere. When navigation is required simply press the button and you speak to a friendly smart nav customer advisor, tell them you destination either postcode, address, town or similar and they will then send to your car the guidance path. This is then a recorded voice that is GPS guided to give you verbal directions. Other advantages are if you require to pick up cash from an ATM or some flowers from a florist or a hotel to stay in you can just press the button and ask the representative to guide you via a whole list of convenient places.
The initial cost is £499 followed by two subscription options either £120 per annum which allows you unlimited usages Or pay as you go 89p per route.

Probably One of the safest navigation's from a theft point of view. These navigation's are the same size as that of any other din sized radio so in most vehicles will fit straight in. They have a small screen to allow you to see directional arrows and they give you voice guidance.
